There is no single way to get fit. Quite the opposite. There are many ways to get to where you want to be. My job is to find the best way and know how to guide you along it. Without the need to suffer. Even enjoying it.

I’ll first explain what types of training I offer and below I’ll show you the specific exercises I put into practice, and you’ll see some of the equipment we use. I also explain each type of plan in depth.

In all towns and cities there are wonderful public facilities for doing sport, where with a little bit of material that of course I bring, you can do a very complete training.

You bring the desire to make a positive change in your body, and I provide all the material, the exercises to do and the personal training service so that you can do all the exercises effectively and without risk of injury.

Home-based training

If you have space at home to train, I come with all the material and we do a personalised training session guided by myself. I teach you and correct your technique to prevent injuries and maximise positive results. All you have to worry about is putting all your energy into improving and enjoying yourself.

Do you have a friend you want to train with? You are in luck, you can train with a discount and with the benefits of training together. We can use the methods we have seen above, we can go somewhere in your area or, if you have space in your home, I will travel with all the material in the same way.

WHERE DO YOU SERVE?

If you are from any area of La Safor, La Marina or La Valldigna you don’t have to suffer for anything, even if you are from Alzira, Cullera or Sueca. I normally give service in Gandia, Javea and Denia. However, I can also travel to nearby areas.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACTED PLAN?

The plan includes: the complete session with me as the personal trainer present. In addition, I will bring all the necessary equipment. All you have to do is bring the desire and follow my instructions to see the best results.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INDOOR AND OUTDOOR TRAINING?

The trainings themselves are very similar. The main difference is where. If you live in a single-family house or have a big enough space where you can train well, I move there with all the equipment and we do the session there.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE NEEDED FOR A GROUP SESSION?

A minimum of two people is enough to enjoy a joint training session.

WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES ARE DONE IN THE SESSION?

We combine all of the above, from strength to cardio to functional training.

Every exercise is adapted to you.

WILL I HAVE TO DIET?

We don’t believe in diets here. They are very difficult to maintain in the long term. Instead, what I will propose will be some eating habits and tips, which do not cost effort and you eat things you like.
